The SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini doesn’t have extra keys so it’s very different from full size keyboards. This gives gamers more room for mouse movement especially for fast paced games like FPS (First Person Shooter) titles. It has a small size but its known for its premium build quality and advanced technology which is good for competitive players. This keyboard is available in both wired and wireless versions so users can choose which version they like. Overall, they keyboard is designed for gamers who prioritize speed and a very clean and high tech setup. SteelSeries Apex Pro wired has a high polling rate because its standard version supports up to 1000Hz
Features that Make the SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini Standout
The first feature that makes this keyboard stand out is its Adjustable Actuation. This means each key can be customized to register at different depths which allows you to choose between an ultra-light touch for speed and a deeper touch for control. Key depth might not mean a lot to so many people but for competitive gamers (especially esport players), it can be the difference between winning and losing it all.
The second feature that makes this keyboard standout is its Rapid Trigger which allows keys to reset instantly as you release them. This leads to faster repeated actions which is essential in gaming, especially competitive games that require speed.

Similar to many high end gaming keyboards, the SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini has its strengths and weaknesses or pros and cons. When it comes to the Pros of the keyboard, it’s extremely fast because of adjustable actuation and rapid trigger, its high customizable for different playstyles , its 60% compact design gives you more space for mouse movement and it has a premium build quality. The pros are basically the key features of this keyboard.
As for cons of the keyboard, its more expensive than most standard gaming keyboards, it lacks function and arrow keys (it requires different key combinations to work), and many people might not be comfortable with it because it’s not a full keyboard so it takes some time for you to adjust.
